UUorld has support for several common video formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-4, Flash Video, and AVI.

MPEG-4 (.mp4) – has superior quality and can be played in online Flash video players, but it may be unable to play in Windows Media Player or older versions of Quicktime.
MPEG-1 (.mpg) – an older format with larger file sizes and lower quality than MP4. Suitable for a wide range of purposes and can be played on most media players.
AVI (.avi) – a video format developed by Microsoft and well-supported on Windows.
Flash video (.flv) – widely supported by online Flash video players and suitable for web distribution.

UUorld recommends the VLC media player for the best playback experience.
